PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS
Our in-house dental plan is a savings plan for patients without insurance. It has been designed to provide a way for our patients to receive the dental care they need at a reduced cost.
* $500 off Invisalign cannot be combined with any other offer.
*This plan may not be combined with any other discounts or insurance.
*Plan fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*If a patient fails to use their plan benefits during the enrollment period, those benefits are forfeited.
*Care Credit cannot be accepted with this plan.
*There will be a $50 per hour fee charge for appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or broken within 48 hours.
